Refund policy

Custom & Personalized Order Policy

All custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. Because of this, all custom orders are final sale.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned after production has started.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that all information submitted is accurate, including:

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Design selections

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Shipping address

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier

Exchanges / Replacements

We will only provide a replacement in the following situations:

1. Our Production Error

If the item you receive does not match the order details you submitted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will remake and ship a replacement item at no cost.

2. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

Once verified, we will issue a replacement.

3. Lost in Transit

If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will send a replacement once the carrier investigation is completed.

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement items will match the original order details only.

  • Items may be required to be returned before a replacement is issued.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using all available evidence, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Customer-submitted customization details

  • Production records

  • Shipping and delivery confirmation

  • Communication history

Fraudulent disputes may result in refusal of future service.
